Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times

North America: 1-2 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Simply Created & Designed LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for Lost, Stolen, Rerouted or Delayed packages

PLEASE make sure your address is correct on your PayPal account and on my website. Any orders that are returned to us, due to an incorrect shipping address, will incur additional shipping charges.

 

All orders are fulfilled through USPS. Tracking information will be provided once USPS has possession of your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

How long will it take to get my refund?

Please allow up to 14 business days for processing all returns.

 
I don't accept returns or exchanges

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

 
The items I purchased do not fit, can I exchange them?

You may return non-customized products in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. I will refund you or provide you with a store credit to place a new order for the new size or style that you would like to purchase.

The item I received is damaged or defective, what do I do?

If you received a defective product, please email me with your order number and a picture of the damaged item to info@simplycreatedanddesigned.com

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
